I click Download Log and get an empty log.
I am getting this warning in yawl_engine.log, I think this might be related to empty log.
[WARN] 2016-03-22 11:11:57,889 org.yawlfoundation.yawl.logging.YEventLogger - Process logging disabled because Engine persistence is disabled.
[WARN] 2016-03-22 12:21:38,500 org.yawlfoundation.yawl.logging.YEventLogger - Process logging disabled because Engine persistence is disabled.
I also check the yawl\WEB-INF\web.xml, and the EnablePersistence and EnableLogging are all set to true now. I am new to YAWL, and I could not figure our more reason for this.

In order to get an XES log from the YAWL engine you must select a specification where there has been some activity - at least one case with some work items that have been completed. But I suppose you know that already. I have forwarded your problem to Michael Adams.

You should also check that you have write permissions on the 'engine/apache-tomcat-7.0.64/database' directory. If you are still having problems, please post your log files (in 'engine/apache-tomcat-7.0.64/logs'
